Case Introduction

This production line first sends the materials evenly and continuously from the feeder to the heavy hammer crusher for coarse crushing. Secondly, the coarsely crushed stones are quantitatively sent to the shaping hammer crusher for secondary crushing via the belt conveyor. They are then graded and screened by the vibrating screen. The stones with diameters larger than 40 mm are returned to the hammer crusher for re-crushing; the stones with diameters smaller than 40 mm are sent to the finished material area by the belt conveyor.
